I am a cook, writer, forager, and gardener, living in the stunning countryside of South Burgundy, France. I also keep bees, as well as sheep and chickens. In the UK, I was Head of Food for Friska, winners of OFM Awards Best Ethical Restaurant 2014.
I was contributing editor for Locavore Magazine and a feature writer for Terroir Review. I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and the Association of Foragers. I’m available for writing commissions to do with wild food, rural life, animal husbandry, beekeeping, food growing, and all things related to a self-sufficient life. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss anything.
I also offer English-speaking guided foraging walks around the fields and forests of Saone-et-Loire. For more information, click here.
